Six foods that will help your protein intake

Other than exercise, what you eat is just as important. We need to eat the right foods to get the maximum energy, nutrients and strength for our bodies.
Eating a lot of protein helps with weight loss, muscle building and repairs.

Here are six foods that have protein in them that you can add to your daily diet.

1. Chicken breasts
Chicken is a very good source of protein. Eat it with a fresh salad to create an even healthier meal.

2. Eggs
Eggs are packed with protein. Eating 1-2 eggs a day can improve your protein intake. Try eggs with toast or as an omelette. You can also add veggies to your omelette.

3. Broccoli
Broccoli is a very healthy vegetable, packed with vitamin C, potassium, fiber and vitamin k.

4. Tuna
Tuna is a good source of protein. You can add it to your salad or make a tuna sandwich with bread and a dressing of your choice.

5. Turkey breast
Turkey is a lean meat and contains mainly protein. This meat can be added to meals, or sandwiches.

6. Peanuts
Peanuts are an excellent source of protein. According to some studies peanuts can even help you loose weight.
