Music Executive, Jonah chukwu Orji has shared the strategy behind the success of his management firm, Audience Attention Management.
Founded in 2018, the company currently operates in Ghana, Nigeria and other countries on the African continent.
“I always ask myself ‘how can I be better?’ I am always looking for growth,” disclosed Orji.
“Obviously, you have to pivot your strategies and plans but at the core has to be great art that you really are passionate about and believe in.”

Orji says there are plans to extend the reach of Audience Attention Management beyond music to sports, television, film and all types of visual content within the next five years.
Currently the company offers services including talent management, artist development, and creative development.
The social impact arm of the company – the ‘Jonah Chukwu Orji Foundation’ will resume operations in the coming weeks.
“We have a digital department, PR department, radio plugging, artist branding… I love that we can do it all for our clients. In the end, it’s really about great art as much as it is about strong management.”
“If it’s really good, it will rise to the top,” adds Orji.
