Nigerian Pop star Davido has released the follow up to his ‘A Good Time’ album with a new body of work titled ‘A Better Time’.

The 17 track project features some high profile names in the American music industry including Grammy-nominated rapper Nas, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown and some African features include Mayorkun, South African rapper Sho Madjozi and Ghanaian Singer Mugeez of the music duo R2bees.

Davido first announced the album in May 2020. Davido then proceeded to release the lead single ”FEM” from the project which later became a street anthem and one of the most played during the #ENDSARs protest.

Davido decided to record the album after his tour was canceled due to the pandemic. “I got back in the studio, and funny enough, I was making better music than I had previously dropped, and we just kept going,” he told Rolling Stone.
