Saturday, 26th of September, 2020 Glitz Africa for the fifth time-honored Ghanaian women you have excelled in their various fields of pursuits.
The event came off at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra Ghana. Hosting a plethora of stars and Prestigious personalities in Ghana, the event was nothing short of glamour and prestige.
Speaking to Hon. Frema Opare, Nana Ama Mcbrown, Berla Mundi, and other honorees, they all expressed what an honor it was to be selected by the scheme to be celebrated and they hope their stories inspire the younger generation, especially the females, to know that everything is possible and not beyond their reach.
After the beautiful ceremony, Claudia Lumor, Founder of Glitz Africa, in an interview with Muse Africa commented that
“In a long while, I haven’t seen a room with such powerful people. These are women who went through all the situations every small girl watching had gone through and rose above it to be where they are now to be celebrated, and to me, they sharing their stories is empowerment enough to all the young girls out there that nothing is impossible.”
