“We chose to work with Wiyaala on it because we needed a Rhythmic verse, to blend with the others laid back verses on the production. Wiyaala is a friend to Patchbay Band, we’ve done some tours together, so it wasn’t too difficult getting her on the song. And then she just came through and nailed it. It was Just one take – you will love it. Wiyaala is a very good musician she’s dynamic, and we love her, and we’re always happy to work with her.”

Receipt was self-produced by the band with Mixing and Mastering being done by Leroy (Pablo) Knight in the UK.

Arguably the most sought after band in Ghana, PatchBay has played alongside Samini, Okyeame Kwame, Rex Omar, Amandzeba Nat Brew, Efya, Stonebwoy, and more.

They have also performed at events such as the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, +233 Jazz and Grill, Bliss on the Hill, African Legends show, and the resident band for the MTN Hitmaker reality show.
