You Could be Arrested For Posting Nudes in Ghana. Here is What the Law Says

For some time now, Ghanaian social media and media space has been buzzing with the infamous nudity story of the popular social media commentator, Akuapem Poloo.

While some respectable voices in the Ghanaian media space have shared their opinions on the matter and their recommendations. The majority of public opinion believes that she should face the full strength of the law to serve as a deterrent to some people on social media and to nib nudity on social media in the bud.

All though some ministries and law enforcement agencies have stepped in because of the child in the video, here is what the law really says about posting of Nudity and its associated businesses.
