D-Black signs distribution deal with Sony ATV
Ghanaian rapper and label boss Desmond Blackmore also known as D-Black has signed a music publishing deal with Sony ATV Music publishing.
D-Black in recent times has preached the need for Ghanaian musicians to try and get global recognition like their Nigerian counterparts thus this deal shows D-Black leading the way.
Announcing the deal on social media, D-Black revealed he wanted to put Ghana at the forefront of the global Afro-beat wave.
He wrote;

This isnât just for me, Iâm in the process of finalizing a label deal with them for all my artists, producers and partners and also sharing information with other acts so together we could all move forward as a unit, as a collective from Ghana, Africa.
