FUSE ODG & Kill Beats WIN Ghana’s first GRAMMY
Last week Muse Africa did a story on possible Ghanaian Musicians who are most likely to win a grammy by virtue of either been featured on an album, producing a song on the album or co-writing songs on the album.
So over the weekend, leader of the new Africa movement ‘TINA’ FUSE ODG and Kill beats broke Ghana’s Grammy’s jinx as Ed Sheeren’s recent album – Divide won Best Pop Album at the Grammys.
Both Kill Beats and FUSE ODG have Co-Writers credit on the Ed Sheeren album – Divide which makes them automatic winners too. Kill Beats and Fuse ODG co-wrote the song ‘Bibia be Ye Ye’ on the Divide album with other writers such as Ed Sheeren, Stephen Woode and Levie.
Kill Beats also has Co-producer credit on the album. Congratulations FUSE ODG and Kill beats Ghana is proud of you. Also we want to wish Stonebwoy better Luck next time at the grammys.
