Sometimes we just need a good detox. However with so many types on the market it can be hard to know which type of detox to go for. Did you know that drinking a glass of water with lemon and cayenne pepper can help you lose weight if that is your goal. However it may not have a longterm effect but this drink can still be beneficial.

Water with lemon and cayenne pepper can reduce the symptoms of an infection. It is a bacterial cleanser. Lemon is an immune booster. This can help if you have a sore throat. Lemon may reduce cravings for sugar as lemon has appetite-suppressant properties”. Lemon is also high vitamin C content which can help with skin issues, such as itching and dry to eczema. Drinking water with lemon and cayenne pepper can be a great energy booster first thing in the morning. Instead of grabbing coffee in morning drink a glass of this health benefiting drink. Add maple syrup for taste.
